Fault reporting

If you want to report an error, we recommend that you take the following steps beforehand: (This can save you time and money):

  1. Check that the electricity and gas supply is not lost, and that they reach the gas burning appliance.
  2. Verify if your thermostat is working properly (battery problem or other error message).
  3. Check that the boiler’s water pressure is correct in the heating system (required water pressure: 1.5-2.0 bar).
